Good product
I wanted a stainless steel water bottle for my son for school. This looks lovely and is sturdy. Doesn’t leak. He has dropped it a few times and it’s fine.

Prefer old design
My 4 year old find the older version much easier to open as it was just a push button. This new version is push down which requires more strength. Will be avoiding this new version, not sure what was wrong with the old. I'm guessing it popped open on people who had forgotten to lock it?

Poor quality
The design is good n quantity is good for a school kid. However, it’s been a month and the coating is chipping off especially when put in dishwasher. It says that the bottle is dishwasher safe but the quality is very poor. I’ll appreciate if my money is refunded by Ion8.

Good quality
Bought for my 7 year old grandson. I've had Ion8 plastic bottles before and thought I'd try a metal one. He loves the design. It's easy to clean , the body goes in the dishwasher as per instructions. The lock was a bit stiff to start. The whale design is lovely.
