Bought this for the second time as I train a lot, and tbf injure myself being daft too. I’ve used it on everything from impact bruising to torn ligaments around my knee. It works wonders to speed up healing and soothe

Disappointed. No Improvement.
Disappointed. This product didn`t work as expected/hoped for. It has Comfrey cream/bone knit and it my ankle injury showed no improvement at all whatsoever.

The media could not be loaded. A 100ml jar of arnica cream, with witch hazel and comfrey. Suitable for treating aches and pains if used as a muscle and joint pain relieving rub.The cream spread easily, a little goes a long way, so use sparingly, you can always add a bit more.I’ve used arnica, comfrey and witch hazel products for years, with my arthritic condition, and can honestly say they work. It took about 30 seconds to fully rub it into my knee, there was no stickiness afterwards, nor any smell.So, I’m happy to recommend.
