Though charged every night, the battery is low enough six hours later to drop connection which locks up the phone. Also, too many unnecessary beeps during the process.

Very expensive when you can not change the internal battery. It will quit taking a re-charge after a year and a half. They recommend a total replacement of the device vs. getting a new battery. The cost is for either is pretty close to the same price ($175)......can get very expensive over a lifetime!

Works well. A real improvement over plain hearing aids. It is like hearing naturally vs listening to hearing aid speakers.
