a herbal patch that both sticks and doesn't stink
I have chronic pain and so I have to be careful taking painkillers, so I have lotions and balms and rubs and sprays, and this one works really well because it fits like KT tape and it doesn't come off, heat pads have to be held in place with clothing [waistbands etc] and cold pads sort of stick but this is like an old fabric band aid, it aint coming off, and because it's like that it helps support the muscle as you move. It doesn't feel hot and it doesn't stink [deep heat I'm looking at you - you could gas out a room with that stuff] but it does help with the pain.If I could I'd have these on subscription

Would not recommend
I've suffered with shoulder and neck pain for a while and thought I'd give these patches a go. When it came to taking the patch off, it felt like it had been stuck to my skin with glue. It was so uncomfortable to remove and left a huge sore on my neck. I've used once and thrown them away. After 5 days, I still have a mark on my neck.

Good product
I have chronic pain and had been buying these regularly and they'd been working great.Up until my last order the back peeled off on two section like a normal plaster,my latest order it comes off on one piece...this lot I cannot leave on for more than five minutes it burns my skin so much...I don't know if the balm on the plaster is different or it's the glue but it's intensely sore and up until this order when the backing has changed I've had no problem..I'm so disappointed as they were my go to when I was on a lot of pain 😭

I bought these in bulk and when I've used them I shall do the same again. They are priceless.

Heat pads
At first I thought what a load of rubbish nothing else worked so I tried again after two days the pain got better after 4 days I was able to leave pads off and now its more or less gone
