I've been using John Frieda products for as long as I can remember. I have very porous coarse afro carribean hair. My hair doesn't respond to any thin watery conditioner, I have to use one of the john frieda hair masks. My hairdresser just before lockdown gave me a shampoo and hair mask for my type of hair. I've alwsys got my JF products from my local supermarket,but during lockdown I couldn't get my JF products in any supermarket. I decided to use the ones my hairdresser gave me ,but 12 months later I finished it and was so glad, my hair without the JF extra strong serum was a dry frizzy mess. I didn't know JF made shampoo as well so when I saw this on vine I was desperate to give it a try. The 500 ml pouch will last quite a while as when I tried this you honestly do just need a very small amount as it feels quite thick like the serum. It smells absolutely beautiful and straight after washing and conditioning I found I only needed a tiny amount of serum.I can see you can get the bottles of the shampoo on Amazon but I quite like the pouches . I find them easy to use and you do not end up with bottles and bottles of different products in the bathroom.This is going to be on subscribe and save on my Amazon Prime account. I don't have to try and get it in the supermarket as amazon will deliver it to me and I'll never run out. Can I recommend this shampoo. YES highly, I recommend every hair product JF brings out. This really is the best

My curly hair all of a sudden went (for no apparent reason) dry, split end and lost its volume. I was at my wits end, my hair looked like an old mop and so I tried almost every conditioner or oil I could get my hands on but nothing worked. Then I picked this baby up! Its completely transformed my hair. After one use my hair was back to its healthy bouncy curly self and not a split end in sight. My hair feels so much better and has its volume back. I 100% recommend this product if you hair is dry and split end or just feeling brittle and lifeless - best product I've purchased in a long long time and one that actually does what it says on the tin for once.

Ich musste früher regelmäßig Shampoos wechseln da es meine Haare nach bestimmter Zeit nicht mehr gefallen hat. Aber diese Shampoo verwende ich nun schon seit längerer Zeit weil es einfach die Haare so schön aussehen lässt. Ich kaufe mir dieses im Angebot gerne auch mehrfach um nie in den Notstand zu kommen weil ich einfach nicht mehr darauf verzichten mag.
