Good magnification and images but cheap plastic casing
Purchased as a Christmas present for 11 year old niece who was happy with it. Given the price I was a little skeptical about quality but didn't want the spend a lot if it was going to sit in a corner unused. Arrived in reasonable time and no complaints about the packaging. However on opening felt immediately that it looked cheap and tacky. The packaging for the microscope was poor and there were a couple small accessories missing but I decided to give it a go before contacting the seller. The instructions were very unclear and it took me a while to figure out exactly how to set everything up for different modes. Once set up though the microscope surprised me, it gave a very clear and detailed imagine that wasn't lost through the wall projection feature either. Had separately purchased a set of slides and the quality of magnification to view was very good. The quality of the actual use makes up for the less important aesthetics of the microscope but I'm not sure how long it will last as it did feel like cheap plastic. In response to the missing pieces of the set as they were not essential for the use as they were only accessories I contact Amazon and the seller and was given a partial refund which I was happy enough with. Overall, I'd say for the price this is good as a starter microscope for a passing interest in science or to be used more as a toy or for short term use but wouldn't buy for a budding young scientist.

Its ok
I bought this for my 5 year old. He's probably a little young for this as it is quite fiddly. Cheaply made and not great quality. Not bad but I wouldnt buy again.

Not the best quality, light wouldn't stay on
Not the best quality, light wouldn't stay on, had to dismantle and re-solder joints. Once this was done it worked fine

KIDS MICROSCOPE
This definitely needs investigating the grammar and spelling were appalling. The CE Mark did not look authentic either. Should this item be on the market? Buyer Beware! Must also state that they say they received the item back on 14th Dec but I have still not received a refund. SHARKS!
