The scoop bit is a bit smaller than I expected, maybe suitable for cats & the smallest dogs rather than medium/ large dogs. The ‘jaws’ work fine although not the most robust product

It's would be ok for smaller dogs. However I have a labrador and it doesn't open wide enough for the pile she leaves. (She is only 4 months old)

Second set. First lasted about six months but still better than doing it by hand. (2 whippets produce a lot of poop)

Perfect. Was dubious but works beautifully. I always put two bags over 'grabber' (just in case, altho not needed) and even tho my dog does her poops in more than one place at a time, I am able to still pick up all :) more than happy and as I get more disabled, I shall purchase the longer one. This short one is great for just slight bending. Definitely recommend :)

Broke on 1St use. Ridiculously short handle. Fine if you have a chihuahua but nothing that poops bigger than a pebble. Sprung closed, snapped at join between handle and scoop, bag broke. Poo all over the scoop part. The one I bought for £2.99 in home bargains lasted months...I only replaced it because it got stood on and broken. If they'd had them in stock I'd never have bought this.

It was delivered on time, good condition, it makes the job of cleaning up after your pet easy, lightweight so no hassle to carry and hygienic you never have to touch anything but the bag really good. Would definitely recommend this.
