Ok, to start off with, these glowing decorations do not work in regular white light. If u have white light don't buy them. You have to either have an old fashioned black light or a fish tank light strip that has various colors. The glowing stuff works best when your light strip is set to blue. I have one of these light strips and have added many glowing plants that's look amazing. My fish likes the growing stuff and plays all in them so I ordered several decorations like this one to add more stuff for him to play with. The first time I got the wrong color but I reordered holding out hope. This time I got the right color. Doesnt really matter tho bc neither performs as it should even in the proper light. My fish won't bother with either of them so they were a waste. They barely glow and aren't real stable. I had no problem getting them to stand up like the pic but there's nothing to anchor them or give any stability. If my fish barely bumps them they move and startle him to now he avoids them. I'm taking them out today but they don't even give the look I thought I was buying and they only scare my fish. I bought 3 other types of glowing decorations at the same time with the same results. Dull decorations that are unstable and my fish doesn't like them. That's 5 products I've bought and don't have anything I can use in my tank.

I love my decor, though it doesn't look, as far as the color and its glow as the picture, but it's a unique. It gives a coral look and I love it. I will buy it again for future tanks. Also please put it a little in your substrate (sand or gravel) to stay down, but as you see it stays down. You can try to shape it in a spiral to get the effect I have, but it seems to shape itself like shown even in tight spirals.

My wife bought this for her glofish tank. This is like the rubber type of material a lot of fish stuff come in now and She loves it. It wont hurt the fish if they do decide to swim through it since it has no sharp edges. It only glows under blue or black light like it is suppose to and it’s a deep green color when not lit up. She is just starting her fish tank so She has no fish or gravel yet but the gravel will cover up the bottom And will hid the suction cup. She is overall pretty happy with her purchase.

Mine doesn't look like any of the pictures. It's about 8 inches long. Mine is florescent green, white and orange. Even with the blue light or night time lighting. I am disappointed in the color. It doesn't bend like the pictures either. The best I could do is the circle thing. The other ways I tried looked plain strange.

Does not completely change color like the picture shows. Only a little bit of it changes but it’s still very pretty in tank.
