MinoSharp Rust Remover

I'm not sure why people complain about this. It does take a little effort to remove the rust, but it works very nicely. If the metal is damaged of course this won't "undamage" it, but it will remove the layer of rust.Please keep in mind that even though this looks like a sponge, it's actually quite solid, more like a bar, and won't bend to fit into tiny gaps. However the bar is small enough to use on most things.

I think I was expecting this to be great but it's only average. Definitely too expensive at £12 a pop. Cleaned knives to a just acceptable degree (they weren't that rusty) but very hard work and great care needed of course if knife/knives are extremely sharp. Read recently of an old fashioned method of using the cut side of half a potato, can only give it a try.

This does work, keeps your knives in top condition. Id only recommend this to people with expensive knives but then again we should be taking better care with the cleaning of them so therefor shouldn't need this but oh well

Such a simple product but it does what it says on the box. Used it on an expensive set of knives to get rid of rust stains that had appeared and could not previously be cleared. Absolutely ace.

Brilliant - it works!

I was sceptical at first on whether this would work but I am happily suprised. Used it on a few rust spots on my knives and using very light pressure and a circular motion the rust was gone just like that! It was like magic!
