Support from Amazon.Whoever complaining it's noisy, please ensure you removed the "Transit Bolt".If you're using machine without removing this bolt, the machine will dance and make noice. Lol..

The washing machine is the lowest quality. It shakes abnormally and moves out of its place because of the shaking when it is in spinning mode.

Perfect Washing Machine
Love this product, loaded with features, comes with steam wash & drum clean. Transport bolts must be removed or else it will vibrate & shake.

Problem with Machine
The machine was dancing like crazy in the laundry room, hitting everything around.
