Great, Comfortable and Durable
This is the second pair of these trainer boots I've purchased. I walk everywhere, including to and from work in a job that requires me to always wear protective footwear, so trainer boots are usually the best option for me.I usually wear a pair of boots out in about a year, but these have lasted almost twice as long as any other brand I've purchased. They fit as expected, I'm a size 9 in a boot and the fit me perfectly, also being wide enough to not press your toes together or against the toe cap.I am also more than happy with how waterproof these are too! In the almost 2 years of owning them I have never once had water get into the shoe, even after the wear and tear started to become apparent. The toe cap inside the shoe has had plenty of weight resting on them (like concrete flagging for example) and provided great protection.Very comfortable to walk around and work in and certainly worth what you pay for them in my opinion.5* will definitely buy another pair in the future.

Not as durable as they state
My husband has worn these for just over 12 months. He works in a joiners shop and only wears these shoes for work. He takes them off and leaves them behind each day (I don’t want the house any more full of splinters!!)This is after having used them for just over 12 months.Yes they are comfy. They look good. But robust they are not.Posted so people can see an honest view

JCB SAFETY TRAINERS
I am a size 10 and I bought an 11 and they are still to tight so they are not what I expected.

Comfortable when you go up a size
So far I've found these really comfortable. I have quite a wide foot and am normally a size 10 or 10.5 so, seeing the information that they run small I ordered an 11. The size 11 fits me well. My previous safety trainers, from a premium brand, had a toe cap that felt like it was digging into the top of my foot. While there's not a lot of wiggle room for my toes, these are much more comfortable and don't have this issue. The trainers have a very squishy insole. I expect over time this will compress giving a little more wiggle room inside the shoes but currently the shock absorbency makes them very comfortable. I've also found them to provide a good grip on all the surfaces I've tried. They come pre-laced with an additional pair of laces in the box.According to the label on the box, they are an "S3" product with the following features:* Safety Basic - EN ISO 20345:2011* 200 Joules Toe Protection* Antistatic* Dual density energy absorbing heel* Water-resistant upper (With sewn-in tongue)* Non-metal composite midsole (can resist penetrations of 1100 newtons)* SRC - highest level slip resistance (tested to standard EN ISO 13287:2001)I've only worn them a handful of times so can't comment on durability. Priced at £55, these are at the premium end of the market. As long as they prove to have the durability to match, this is OK.
