Excellent product! Long enough neck for accessories!
A lot of people are complaining about how long the shaft is. For anyone running mud flaps or light accessories on their hitch, this hitch gives you the option to to that, with a perfect amount of clearance. I could NOT find a hitch locally that had the clearance for my Rock Tamer mud flaps. Even if I wasn't putting mud flaps on it, it would only stick out a few inches. Get over it, people! This is an AMAZING hitch! Excellent quality, functionality and design and pretty darn sexy!!!

Nice hitch
Just used it for a 230 mile round trip with my camper. I like that there was no noise or rattling of the hitch while pulling my camper and also when I wasn’t hooked to the camper. It is very easy to adjust to the correct height.

Light weight but strong
I use this on my GMC Sierra 3/4 ton pickup which has a 2.5 inch receiver. It works great pulling a trailer with varing load weights. Definitely would recomend this hitch.

Works great and is well built
The receiver seems well-made. The single key for the locks is a really nice feature but the locks themselves do appear cheap. I added some chain lubricant to keep them from rusting together. I like the feature that it can be tightened to reduce noise. The only other thing I thought was odd is that the bolts don't go all the way through the ball. It really tests the shear strength of the bolts on all the balls except for the 2 5/16" because it has an outer ring. I'm sure it's fine because they sell it that way.

Stay away
Used the hitch twice and recently tried to switch to the larger ball but get the hitch to release to switch.

So far so good
Half the weight of other hitches. I love the easy height adjustments. It should never rust due to every part is made of aluminum

Nice materials but.....
I wanted to love this thing, I really did. This is a 2.5" ball mount is designed for a class 5 heavy duty hitch right? So why would they drill the holes for the hitch pin to go through it into your receiver soooo far back which makes it lock in only half way into your receiver hitch tube? It adds so much unnecessary leverage to your receiver hitch, makes it stick way out from the truck and does not need to be that way at all. I included pictures so you can see what I mean. It sticks out so far in fact that even with all 4 of the included rubber cushions and the steel press plate it still had an inch gap before the face of my hitch- and that is using the closest hitch pin hole. Long story short these need to be redesigned with the hitch pin holes much closer to the back of the aluminum ball mount. I installed one of the included rubber cushions and the steel press plate onto the shank of this ball mount and shoved it all the way into my receiver hitch, then marked the shank of this ball mount through the hitch pin hole. It can be drilled 2" closer (with the cushion) which will only make the ball mount shank insert further into your receiver hitch making it stronger and remove a lot of leverage on your receiver hitch. And no do not have some old or oddball sized receiver hitch. It is a brand new Draw Tite 45509 18,000 lb V5 installed 3 days ago on my 2500 Ram diesel truck. This hitch is built to the standard dimensions for any class 5 receiver. This aluminum ball mount it just drilled strangely. I included a couple side by side pictures of the shank of this 2.5" ball mount next to my 2" shank adjustable ball mount, also an 8" drop so you can see the hitch pin holes are 4" off from eachother...... FOUR FULL INCHES !! What the heck ?!?! I am going to take it to a machine shop and see if a new hole can be drilled in the shank, otherwise I am sending it back. Also the locks feel very queationable and I would replace them. The lock itself is not very convincing at all when installed and barely grabs the end of the pins. I think with some minor changes this could be a fantastic product at a very fair price.*Update 8/13/2023* I had a local CNC shop chuck the shank of this hitch up into their mill and drill a new 5/8" hitch pin hole right where my black circles are marked in my picture. It fits perfectly now with one rubber cushion and the square steel press plate. Now I really like it, too bad it didn't just come that way. Time will tell how it holds up but so far so good.

Best hitch
I love this hitch. Worked exactly as described. It comes with so much more than the B&W hitches that cost twice as much.
