Great value for an incredible product
Easy to assemble. Everyone loves it. Great support/ergonomically. Great extra bits built in. Haven’t had any issues.

Poor quality and customer service is not good
Lights don't work straight out the box.ordered for my sons birthday and now am left with nothing to give him on his birthday. Very unhappy with customer service as keep getting past from one person to another asking same questions/ and asked to send pictures of chair not working,so I done that..... then get asked to take video / now again to take pictures of power supply and chair AGIAN .... JUST REPLACE THE ITEM...... idont advise buying this item. Massage is just vibration/ the chair looked nice but it's uncomfortable and cheaply made wires everywhere and two USB power supplies needed.overall I'd not buy again ...

The media could not be loaded. Good chair, little bit too small for me but if I reclaim back of the chair it is okLeg extension bit unnecessary while sitting next to computer but it's ok.Overall ok

If you want a very comfortable chair. Better to choose another option, in 2 months the chair broke on the left side of the seat, the cushion is already worn out and it feels like I'm sitting directly on wood, the massager parts stand out and are hard, which makes things and the seat uncomfortable, The only cool thing is the RGB LED lights. If you don't mind the lights, better choose another chair.
