The Pacifier Tongue Retention Breathing Night Sleep Aid

Works for me after trying all sorts of other types of devices fitting to the teeth. It has become obvious to me that my tongue relaxing and obscuring the airway was the problem which I have read is not always the cause, so as with me there is a need to find the cause of the snoring. I also have a larger tongue retention device which works but this is good as it does not have a huge bubble outside the mouth and can wear on flights etc without looking so strange. I have seen reports that the tongue can come out during sleep but once I got used to applying it correctly I have had no issues with this.

I've tried everything to stop my snoring- throat sprays, nose plugs, mouth guards (including one which was custom made for me) and even an acupuncture ring. None of the above worked and the mouth guards I tried in particular were very uncomfortable- they did cure the snoring but only because I couldn't sleep due to the discomfort. I came across the pacifer and thought I may as well try it. It was uncomfortable on the first night because it felt quite big for my mouth but I trimmed it with scissors around the edges and have used it twice since. It's very comfortable now- I barely even feel it because it doesn't sit inside your mouth like the mouth guard does and so I can sleep through the whole night. And it works! My partner told me that I didn't snore at all on the two nights I wore it and that's despite the fact that we had been drinking on both evenings which usually makes me snore more. I think this product works better than a mouth guard because it performs two functions - it holds the tongue still while sleeping and because the tongue is poking out, it also holds the jaw forward whereas mouth guards only adjust the jaw position. Some reviews on here have said that they wake up with a sore tongue but I haven't experienced this- I think that issue can be corrected by using less suction though so easily fixed. All in all a fantastic product and I'm so pleased I've finally found something to stop my snoring and is also comfortable.

Amazing small device, reasonably comfortable to wear(just getting used to it) and really does help with snoring. I have had first few snore less nights in many years.I have been monitoring my snoring using an app on my phone(SnoreLab) and have evidence of dramatically stopping my awful snoring. My partner cannot believe the difference it has made.I highly recommend you give this product a try if you have a problem like mine.

Works very well, turned loud snoring into what I would call just heavy breathing. Didn't fall out at all. Apparently it's fairly comfortable, as it is a thin soft silicone, and is smaller than similar devices. Had to be trimmed slightly, which was easy to do with a sharp stanley knife. The only problem was that you tend to wake up with a very dry mouth. Maybe this could be avoided by also wearing an anti-snore chin strap. Overall definitely worth trying.

This tongue retainer is too small to stay in the mouth. I think whoever designed it never tried it out for themselves. The price is frankly ridiculous especially when the G-Smart is, in my view, so much better and considerable cheaper.

I have tried mouthguards and various sprays with little or no luck so I tried this out of desperation really and have been really, really pleased. It took a bit of getting used to on day one but i soon nodded off and was woken by my alarm (i never sleep to the alarm!). No snoring reported. Day two saw similar results and by the third night i hardly noticed it was in. Really, really happy.

The silicone is very soft, flexible, and fits so comfortably. One awakens refreshed without sore teeth or jaws in the morning. Delivery was prompt, arriving in two days. Working a treat so far. Seems comfortable once you get used to it. It's robust but not obtrusive and has solved the problem. :)
