Great for the pots and pans, don't loose space in your cupboards.

The mettal rack is very well made but I orderes the wrong size, (too big)I contacted the seller to request a new and stronger box to return the item. The original carboard box was too small and poor quality, the box arrived with two holes in the blttom corners along with other tears. The box didnt close properly as it was 1/2" to short.I contacted the seller and offered to pay for a new box and return shipping, didn't hear anything back.I called the phone # on the return slip, never an answer, went on line to the company web page and the two phone numbers did not connect.I'm very disappointed in their lack of responce.

this is a well made product, substantial and with good runners. However it is entirely unsuitable for what I intended because the three shelves are very close together and not very wide which means that the washing detergents and bottles I had planned to keep in these shelves simply will not fit. Only really useful for smaller items such a washing up sponges, cloths etc. sadly I should have simply kept the cupboard as an open space as would have got much more in!

....this may be the product for you.It does the job.PITA to fit tho, especially since there were too few screws supplied,and the heads of 2 of the ones that were supplied just sheared straight off, fortunately I had some that did the job.Actual installation instructions would have been nice, I got 3 pieces of photocopied A4 all the same but with various degrees of clarity, none of which told me how to install it, how to attach the wire basket yes, how to install the frame, not so much, how to attach the frame to a door and have everything level/flat, nada.I am not a kitchen fitter, instructions would be nice.But...it's all fitted now
