Problem with remote control but seller rectified without fuss

I am a massive fan of the luminara pillar candles and wanted to get the t-lights. These are not made of wax but are solid plastic. They are not shaped at the top. However, the flame effect is the same. However, the batteries do not last and I find I have to change them frequently. I would recommend the larger pillar candles but not the t-lights.

They are very expensive for what they are. They are nothing like the larger Luminara candles and I didn’t get a free remote with my order I was very disappointed

Bought these and loved them mainly because they were vastly reduced. Then immediately bought them for friends. Should have looked at the reviews because the battery life is very short. Buying new batteries as New Year presents!
