Great label maker, but needed wifi booster

Not Good
Had issues with nametag alignment most times I used it. Now seems to have died on me while using it. Do not buy. I wish I could get my money back for a faulty machine.

Decent
These are OK, but nowhere near the quality of the line they replaced; the GK420 series. We've purchased 30 of these, and 9 stopped printing in small segments within the first 3 years. Dealing with Zebra warranty support was a nightmare! 5 months i spent with back and forth emails, waiting for replies, only to receive answers to questions i didn't ask, not getting answers for those I repeated, and never getting closer to actually being able to ship them in for repair, with no phone numbers to speak of, and a support site that failed at every turn. I should note however that we have had amazing success with previous Zebra models, ZD450, ZD505, and GK420T, where we've purchased easily 150, with maybe 3-5 failures over an 8 year period.

Great Label Printer, Immediate Setup
This Label printer is very impressive. We boought this as a replacement for a different branch of label printer that broke after 10 years of service. I was astounded when I saw that after plugging it in it printed the special labels they have correctly immediately. Label printers are usually difficult and different brands normal require different setups. Important to note this is the USB wired printer, it does not have a network interface card, it is easily shareable on a netowrk though.

Product is not for Canada & Wrong description
Products do not match online descriptions. According to Amazon online descriptions there is an Ethernet port, however, there is no Ethernet port (see photo please). I cannot use this product in Canada, the electric plug (2nd photo) is not compatible or suitable for use in Canada.
