I wanted to try them as these herbs contain a lot of health benefits, but due to possible side-effects that they can cause, I've been advised to start off taking one a day and if I get on with it to start to increase the dose slowly.They're a small size that I find easy to swallow, and they don't have any flavour to taste. I've only been taking them for a short few weeks, I'm yet to notice any of the health benefits yet and still have a lot of capsules left to consume to do so, but they've agreed with me so far, without any adverse effects. I'm happy to continue to take them and hope to notice their many health benefits, maybe as I increase my dose up to the 2 capsules a day, then the chances that I'll feel the benefits will increase.They're a good source of omega, and I hope that they can help support me while I restrengthen my muscles. I personally don't mind the taste of the gel but for someone who is not too keen on the slightly fishy taste, capsules might be the preferred option.
