Have been a Boarded EM MD for 25 years, followed by FP Practice times 11 years, I depended on such books and not the internet until I retired six years ago. I found such manuals , to include the (then) regularly updated Tarascon series, very helpful. The advantage to a physical book is that it was available immediately, and could be studied any time. At some point hopefully, one would know the contents without having to always refer. It was important though, that the information was readily accessible, even if I was awakened at 3am for Ex. This book has a wealth of useful information, but access, and organization could perhaps be improved on. I understand that there is a (of necessity) minuscule tab system. What would help would be the addition of a Table of Contents in the front of the book.

Very durable & sturdy. High yield info inside. But wish there was an index or contents page to help find things more quickly.
