The media could not be loaded.  We originally bought it for the train to visit family in CA and it was very easy to store. The seat was great at parks and she really appreciated the breaks when going down hills.Now, grandma uses it around the house when watching the kids. My 11mo old has been stealing it for the last few months to learn to walk because it’s easier to use than his walkers. Grandma loves using the seat to give the kids rides, hold the laundry basket, or sitting down to load the dishwasher.

Don't buy this product from AmazonI bought this walker two months ago. The left front wheel can not turn around smoothly in the beginning when deliveried. After using several times at home, the walker sometime stopped when make turns. Now it totally stopped.(I relied on it in daily bases. ) There are two pieces of parts dropped off that came from the left front wheel of the walker.We called custom service. Dave answered the phone. He said he could not find buyer's information and could not return or exchange one. They don't have repair shop. He provide another company , called Numotion , said I can call Numotion to evaluate the issue and call him again to get parts. So we called Numotion, numotion doesn't have any relationshop with this company. But anyhow I made appointment asking tech people to home.Two weeks after, Numotion tech came to check and call their custom service again. The answer is still, they have no buyers record. ..... We should buy parts, then ask the Numotion to fix it.First, The product has quality issues.Second, cannot provide reliyable support.Very disappointed!!Don't buy this product from AmazonI bought this walker two months ago. This product was only 1 of 2 that provided the functionality we needed. The other one (The Upwalker) was reportedly bought out by Journey recently, so we decided to go with their product (So Lite Glide). So far, only used once but very happy with the experience. Added a cup holder from another Amazon provider and it also works great.A puzzling thing happened though, which is a bit of a red flag. When we got the rollator, it had an orange hook on one side of the seat, with no documented info on it's purpose. I called Journey's customer service and they were very pleasant, but not very helpful - no one knew what the hook was for ! (Very strange - it's their product). I happened to figure out it's purpose (which is to lock the folded seat in place when it's in that position). After a week of waiting for Journey (BTW, I called and emailed them a picture of the "unknown" feature) and no response. After several more days, I got a phone message but I had already solved the issue myself.

Needs to be more sturdy

Edit: A customer service person (Sean) contacted me and said they would send me a replacement with expedited shipping. What he didn't tell me, and I found out separately is that it is backordered and will take WEEKS to ship! Now I've called him 4 times and left messages asking to return my call and have not received any response.... So they say they will make it right, thinking you'll change your review then completely ignore you. If I could give this company zero stars I would. So disappointedMy mother loves this walker, I purchased this after she had surgery on her wrist and cannot use a traditional walker or cane. The mechanism in the front tire broke somehow, (she's never sat in it) and now any turning causes the wheel to get stuck making it a falling hazard and very difficult to use.I called customer service, apparently bc I purchased through Amazon they had to ask the boss if they could help me but they were 'ib a meeting', no surprise I never received a call back. For this price, I expect more.

Bought this about 10 months ago. Wasn’t long after the return window closed that I started hating it. It feels very flimsy. The 4 “corners” move almost independently when going over a threshold, forcing a thrust of the door to keep it open while having both hands and a knee pushing it over. Also, it wont carry anything on the seat like my old hard drop-down seat could. Things fall off. But my biggest complaint is that the left side handle keeps dropping down a notch or two or three without warning. It just drops…a lot. Wanted to try an upright walker so much but didn’t want to dish out nearly $600 for the one on TV. Considering I’m replacing this one and donating this $385 piece of trash, I’m out considerable money. Don’t waste yours.

I had spinal reconstructive surgery and my doctor frowned on regular walking devices. People tend to hunch over using them. I had to keep myself in an upright position. Scoliosis left my muscles wacky and I have trouble waking. I have to retrain my body to preform properly and this walker is the best. I have had quite a few people stop me asking about it. Well made easy to use and it is a blessing in my life!
