Sent a used machine - UPDATED
UPDATED REVIEW!The seller reached out to me after I had been sent a used product. This company has amazing customer service and couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately sent me a replacement machine that was new and works perfectly. It’s compact, makes ice quickly, super easy to use. Making ice in trays was so time consuming so we are definitely happy to have this machine be so efficient. Thank you again for your great product, and even better customer service!I was really excited to receive this ice machine until I opened the box and found a used product was sent to me. Receiving a replacement wasn’t an option so I had to request a refund and order a new machine.

Works like a charm!
It’s a pretty compact unit and tucks perfectly under the cupboard on my counter. Super quick, super fast and I love the shape of the ice. As the ice already made begins to melt, the machine flows that water back through and makes more ice, like a continuous cycle, for as long as it’s turned on. Will be perfect for parties etc. There is a small drain on the bottom.

Works like any other machine but is a little more compact. I liked the idea that the scoop could stand upright on its handle, unfortunately, the scoop is too long to easily scoop the ice.
