In diffusion mode, the atmosphere reaches the sensor by diffusing through the sensor port on the back of the instrument. Normal air movements are enough to carry the sample to the sensor. CLEANING AND STORAGE Oxygen Sensor SpeThe front panel and case can be cleaned with a mild solution of detergent and water.Apply sparingly with a soft cloth and allow drying completely before using. Do not use aromatic hydrocarbons or chlorinated solvents for cleaning. SG-O can operate for two year without replacing the battery or sensor. No maintenance required and possible during its service life of approx. 24 months. In case of faults or expiry of the service life, dispose off the instrument in compliance with the applicable regulations. WARRANTY The SG-O is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal operation and does not cover misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, improper maintenance. Warranty is void if the detector has been opened.
