All the adds make them look super easy to use but the connection to the band is not great and you have to angle it funny to keep it from slipping off. overall it will get teh job done but could have been better.

Absolutely terrible product. My 15yr old son was using as designed and in a day the wristband broke, all the seams popped and now it is unusable. Do not get this cheap POS. If I could give zero stars I would.

I got this product to help with my hand/forearm strength. I was in an accident years ago and my hand strength hasn't been the same since. I'm hoping with more of this exercise, I can bring back some of that strength. In just a few days I feel like it's working.You can definitely feel the fatigue/soreness in the forearm after I do some sets, even on the easier settings.Very easy to put together and use.Came to the door fast, great price, and worth it so far!

It doesn't stay on your wrist that much

I bought this for my son because he wanted to strengthen his hands. He watches anime a lot. He loved it! Great gift.

Doesn't fit all hand sizes. If you have thicker fingers, you might wanna stay away from this one.
