Cymbomute Pro360º 13/14/15" Cymbal Mute/Silencer/Dampener

After second attempt to buy it (it got lost in post) I was really impressed with this simple solution to any noise issues. Personally I like the noise. After all this is why we do it isn’t it? However I recognise the need ro keep the neighbours happy too. Soon as I see they’ve gone out though I whip em off and give it some welly. Would definitely recommend this as they are very effective and very affordable and available in all sizes. Great buy!! Hope this helps

It certainly does what it says it will do, but better then thick pads as the natural bounce from your sticks remain the same.I do find it a bit awkward to put on to my hi-hat,but not impossible. For me it’s by far easier to take the cymbal off its mount to put the cymbomute on.

I have some cheap low volume hats which make a terrible sound so these are great to further lower volume and kill the annoying noise. Easy to fit and and have bought more for my other cymbals.

For me simply perfect . Do what I want.

They just come off constantly. The hihats one stays on fine but the crashes come off in seconds don't waste your time.

Does exactly what you want it to do. Totally reasonable price, works incredibly well. Would definitely recommend

The cymbomute is a great design and very well-made. It is extremely effective at muting any cymbals including hi-hats. Just be aware that this product basically completely kills the sound. The only place you get a decent sound when using these is on the bell of the ride. I had read other reviews that said the same thing, and they are correct. I wish there was a solution that would cut the sound by 75-80 percent, but I don't care for the rubber pads on the cymbals. 5 stars since it does exactly what it is designed to do, even thought I'm still interested in something better for my purposes.

Perfetto per esercitarsi in cassa senza rischiare di essere odiati dai vicini, sono molto semplici da montare sul piatto e riducono in maniera notevole i decibel prodotti. Ovvio che questo comporta alcune rinunce, soprattutto il feeling con i piatti, ma non avrete problemi a suonare a qualunque ora!

Das Cymbomute für die Hihat ist echt nicht schlecht, für den Preis erst recht nicht. Ich nutze es für daheim im großen Wohnblock. Es nimmt tatsächlich den Großteil der Lautstärke raus. Öffnen und Schließen per Pedal ist mit dem Mute nachbarschaftsfreundlich. Ich habe noch Gaffatape und Taschentücher an eine Stelle geklebt um den Körperschall, der beim Bearbeiten mit Sticks in den Boden geht, zu minimieren, denn Decken und Wände bei mir sind aus urst hartem Stahlbeton, der so schlecht dämmt, dass ich leider verstehen kann, was meine Nachbarn reden, oben, unten, links wie rechts.Dicker Flokatiteppich, Mesh-Felle, die Cymbomutes mit bisserl Tuch und Tape dort wo ich das Becken schlage und es hört tatsächlich niemand, dass ich Schlagzeug spiele. Die ganze Lösung insgesamt sieht jetzt zugegebenermaßen nicht sooo sexy aus, aber ich kann vom Schreibtisch ans Schlagzeug und mich abreagieren ohne dass der Hausfrieden gefährdet wird. Und das zu dem Preis - gefällt mir gut.Für die weitere Entwicklung der Cymbomutes würde ich mir vielleicht wünschen, dass die Silikonschicht dicker wird, bzw. einfach richtig dick wird, um den Körperschall raus zu nehmen, der in den Boden geht. Das wird auf jeden Fall besser aussehen als meine jetzige Lösung mit Tuch ud Tape, aber so far, so good.
