This item was purchased to cover our pool to keep from having to vacuum leaves out everyday. For the price , it does the job. We positioned this so that the area with grass we could use stakes and on the concrete area of the deck we used the water tubes. It held the rain water on top like it was supposed to. The bad thing is that it is thin and probably won't last more than 2 years.

The pool cover is very thin. In the process of covering the pool, my dog got on part of the cover. He put 3 tiny holes in it. Fortunately, they are close to the sides/edges & easy to patch.

This cover ripped in one winter season. I've had other covers that have lasted years. I an not a new pool owner. Warranty does not cover tears because there is "water on top of the cover" and I am supposed to 'regularly drain the cover". Ridiculous. I love in Massachusetts and covers have held snow in the past. Horrible product. No warranty.

The Grommets are not very strong and tend to rip out. We brought one in 2023 and it lasted through the winter but developed holes where the cover touched the sides of the pool. We had to replace it this year. We did buy a new one since it is hard to find a winter cover that fits our pool and the size is great for our 12 x 24 ft pool. So, be prepared to buy a new one every year.
