It's functional, but has some issues.
Works like explained. once you stand it up, it will not go all the way down again, as if it was bent a little. It will still close, but looks lopsided. The case that the phone clips into, slides onto the keyboard, and where that happens on the case is a little weak. Mine has cracked and broke. The backlight is nice, but it does not shut off automatically, have to turn on and off like a switch using a function key. takes about 7-8 sec to re-sync when it goes to sleep from inactivity.

Fair
This keyboard doubles the weight of the phone. The phone weighs 4.65 oz. The keyboard weighs 4.65 oz. At a whopping 9.3 oz in weight this makes the phone cumbersome. The phone no longer fits in any case. The symbols on the keyboard are difficult to get it to. The keyboard on the telephone does not disappear and remains on the screen.

Functional, but not fully polished.
This unit clearly had plenty of thought put into it; it includes just about all features you'd want, and is implemented solidly. There are just a few areas where it could use more polish. As a keyboard, it works well. Pairing is no problem, and it does just what a keyboard is supposed to do. The special keys (search, media pause, etc.) work as they should. It's not *quite* as seamless as a built-in keyboard - sliding out the keyboard doesn't put the phone in landscape mode automatically, for example - but that's hardly the keyboard's fault. It's worked well with the apps I've tried. Crtl-C and Ctrl-V and so forth work to cut and paste as you'd like.It adds *considerable* bulk to a thin phone, but the fact that the rubberized 'case' portion is detachable helps make up for that. You can adjust the angle of the phone through almost 90 degrees, but past a certain point the phone starts to block the top row of keys. I've been able to use the camera without adjusting the phone angle, just sliding the keyboard out. There are a few cons. The keyboard layout could be improved by the addition of a shift key on the right side; getting a capital 'A' or 'S', or especially 'Z', is a mite awkward. I'm still getting used to the narrowness of the space bar. Finally, the unit I received had a minor manufacturing defect - the "Delete" key is mislabeled as a second "P" key. This is only cosmetic and doesn't disturb me particularly.

Not what I expected
I purchased this thinking it would be easier than a phone keyboard. I got it about 2 weeks before I even got the phone so I would be prepared and have it. Once I got the phone I really liked the keyboard, I tried using the bluetooth sliding keyboard and it felt very top heavy which I wasn't a huge fan of. I really wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this item.

Bulky but functional
The good:Comes in nice packaging and even included a USB cable to charge it.The phone fits into a rubberized case, that case easily slides and attaches onto the keyboard.Detaching the phone from the keyboard is fairly simple so if you need to put the phone into a car dock or desk dock that should be as simple as sliding the phone off the keyboard. The phone case is flat on the back it might not fit in some docks. It still fits in my i-bolt car dock ok.Pairing was simple, just follow the included instructions. There are some holes in the keyboard to allow the sound from the rear speaker to get out, the volume seems the same with or without the keyboard attached. The bad:The whole unit with phone is about 7/8" thick, with a better design it could be much thinner. If you slide the keyboard down, it still blocks the camera just a tiny bit.Either tilt the keyboard 90 degrees or just detach the keyboard when taking pictures/videos.

multifunction bluetooth keyboard case
It works as it say it does, but after a few weeks of use in my case... the device stopped sitting level with phone after using the slide out up right position a few times. Emailed customer service a few times, since received no response.

Major design flaw...
Yes, when you flip the case open, you are able to take photos... But what is not mentioned or shown is that the flash is covered up still. So, to take photos using the flash, or to use the flash as a torch, you must take the phone out of the case all together. Other than that, everything works fine... But I take more photos than I text... So, it would have been nice to know this before i spent money on a case I won't be using.

Cheap low quality plastic
Soft plastic keyboard case broke after less than two months. The charters printed on a couple of the keys did not match the input charters the phone received.
