Quick delivery and the teapot was very well protected. It is a cute teapot, However, much smaller than I had anticipated (around 1.4 liters). It would be helpful for the customer if Amazon gave contents in liters, and or pints. This would give the shopper a dependable, as well as scientific term, in order to make a wise choice. The spout does have a tendency to drip a little, but after a few pots of tea and bit of training the drip disappears.

Perfectly glazed, ideal for a large office or if you happen to make kombucha. The purpose I got it for, although the spout does get choked up with whole leaf tea, that’s not what most people do. Bags or ordinary loose tea, it’ll perform fine, and pours very well unless it’s partially blocked. Holds heat well enough, great fitting lid, it’s a classic.

Can't beat a Brown Betty teapot! Lost one star because I find this pot a little difficult to hold due to my arthritis, but if you have no issues you'll be fine with it.

It does exactly what it says to do. I particularly like the fact that it doesn't drip when pouring. Very well designed

This teapot is great for a family, it holds four or five mugs without being topped up. The only slight draw back, and it is a very slight, is that some times when using teabags they can get caught in the spout when emptying. Not enough of a pain to say it’s not a great teapot though!

We specifically hunted for a large pot for 10 people. This arrived and is barely big enough for 2 cups!Very disappointed. I don’t live in town so I don’t have time to wrap up and take back to post office just to get my refund. Asked if they could refund the difference and was told I have to return this one.Massive waste of time and money for me

I love this teapot, it's a nice size and looks great with no dripping when you pour.I used to have a Brown Betty (which was broken when we moved) so I got a new one but the glazing cracked, and on the second Brown Betty I ordered too. I was so disappointed so I had to start looking around for another brand and I happened on this. I'm really glad I ordered this one. Price & Kensington will be the teapots I buy from now on!

I have used this pot every day for about two months now, and love it! I ordered this after returning the 6-cup version, which was a little too small for my needs, since I drink my tea in large mugs. This one is great, as I can get a good 3 or 4 mugs out of one pot. For as much tea as it holds, it is not too heavy, and pours very well with no drips. My 2-inch tea infuser, which didn't fit inside the 6-cup version, fits into this one with no problem. Though I like the rockingham brown color, I wish this teapot came in midnight blue, as the 6-cup version does.

This is definitely not 10 cups. It must be based on a small tea cup. A very nice tea pot, but too small for what I need. Too expensive to send back.
