The media could not be loaded. Great dialysis logbook really appreciate It comes in very helpful.It allows me to track vitals, fluid removed, and any additional notes.Would love it if I had an area to list how the patient is feeling if they’re experiencing any current pain number bowel movements or urine that they perform for the day food intake, breakfast lunch dinner, and fluid intake video but I do love this book⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Got this for my dad and the dialysis tech asked about it.. he wanted to recommend it for the other pts. It’s very helpful for caregivers so they know what is happening and they have records of it. Because if you have someone like my dad he doesn’t pay attention so this really helpful and is a nice tracker.

This is a great log book for at home treatments. It made it so simple to take down numbers and show the doctors.
