This is a quality umbrella. I wanted a J-hook umbrella for walks in the rain because a short-stemmed umbrella is not very comfortable because you have to hold it up higher, which kinks your elbow. The size of this umbrella is good for my walks because I can lean it against my clavicle without it being too heavy.

I haven't tested this umbrella in wind or rain yet, but it seems sturdy enough. My only problem with it so far is that the picture shows it as Red color, but it is really Aubergine / maroon (not my choice for an umbrella). I would have liked to receive a red one -what I actually purchased. So, you may get a good umbrella but not the color you pick :) good luck

VERY STURDY UMBRELLA AND VERY CLASSY TO. THE PRODUCT WORKS WELL AND REPELS THE RAIN GOOD AS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UMBRELLA. IT'S WORTH THE PRICE.

I gave this for my mom for Christmas. She really like it.

Full disclosure, we have not used this in strong winds or heavy rain yet, but so far we LOVE this umbrella! It is smooth and easy to operate, seems t have the right balance between strong and sturdy vs light and practical. It seems well made! And bonus.....the black with polka dots canapoy, silver handle, and length of this umbrella makes it a perfect decor accessory in our entry way contemporary styled umbrella holder! For this money, we thought there was enough value that we have decided to return another umbrella we bought for the solid black version of this.

This umbrella arrived broken. The pointed base was no where to be found and the plastic that the umbrella was in, arrived torn open, so it was definitely packaged that way and the base was not even in the box. Waste of my time and money.

This umbrella has been great. It is pretty good quality. It is dry in seconds after you close it.

A good quailty and very functional umbrella! I noticed how lightweight it was when I received it. The only thing was the handle was slightly scratched. Overall a good buy.
