This is my favorite flavor by far. I am a fan of the energy and hydration that this brand provides but never really enjoyed the taste. This flavor has changed that for me. Gets rid of a dehydration headache almost immediately.

I already really like Liquid IV. I live in a hot dry climate and this is effective to keep me hydrated and healthy. This flavor is delicious. It’s also a better value to buy the bigger size vs. smaller ones in the grocery store. To help with dissolving, I fill my 32 Oz cup about 1/2 way and stir in the packet. Then I let it sit in the fridge overnight and stir, add water the next day. I definitely recommend these packets. And this flavor.

Great product and taste. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....

This flavor is on-par with most of LIV's other flavors in terms of potency, sweetness, saltiness, and sourness. After trying many different electrolytes brands, Liquid IV is the only one I use because I feel noticeably better after drinking it and it tastes good. I use it to prepare for and replace electrolytes after endurance runs and multiple workouts a day. Don't let the sugar content/ presence of calories scare you off-- the sugar and flavoring helps it taste good (not like aspartame) and when mixed with enough water, the sugar helps to enhance hydration (if this sounds fake, ERs give people essentially salty medical Sprite when they show up dehydrated). My performance has noticeably improved after drinking Liquid IV and I would highly recommend.

This product is a bit salty but still tasty; just water it down a little more. I purchased the product because I had dry mouth in the mornings and cramps in my feet. Honestly, just using the product a few days and no dry mouth and no cramps in my feet. Just wish it had less sodium.

Huge fan of this brand, having tried many others. Favorite flavors for me have been sea berry, açaí, and passion fruit….until I tried the strawberry lemonade! WINNER! Love this flavor, now my new favorite. I work in the yard and garden daily, and it gets HOT here (Texas) so hydration is super important. This product may seem pricey, but it’s cheaper by far than a bottle of Gatorade (ick!) or other hydration drink.

Liquid IV has really helped my hydration levels working in an outdoor environment. The strawberry lemonade is my favorite flavor. It makes me feel so much better on warm and hot days versus just regular water!

I've tried many different brands of electrolyte replacement products, from Vitalyte, to GNC products.Liquid IV is by far the best at what it does, which is hydrate you and save you from possible heat exhaustion and stroke.These are a must have for blue collar workers like myself who spend 12 hour days In high heat, some days I will drink a gallon or two of water, and not urinate once...Good to have for an emergency bag or just to keep in your car or bike bag. Also a godsend for long hikes, days on the beach or for a hangover. It definetly will cut a hangover recover in half if your not so far gone as to not even keep water down.They also always come very well packaged, taste great, and are easy to use.Downsides. Price is basically the only one I can see. That and the sugar is a bit a high, with 10 grams per packet. May have to do with their patented cct tech. which at first was skeptical of and though of it as a gimmicky selling point, but after using it for awhile, these hydrate you much faster than water alone, and keep you hydrated longer, via those all important electrolytes.If you want a cheaper option, vitaylte is the way to go. A little more sugar in that product, but it was created by a pro hiker and works just as well, minus the flavor, taste and sugar content as mentioned already.Stay safe everyone. These heatwaves aren't a joke and the elderly should definetly be drinking these daily.
