Does it clean granite

The product label states that it will clean marble and natural stone but should not be used on gold or lead lettering.Granite is natural stone, I have used the spray to clean two very dirty white marble headstones and it was very effective, one of the headstones had lead lettering but it did not appear to damage it in any way although I did  make sure to thoroughly rinse it off after cleaning.

Question 2

Black headstone with silver lettering. Is this product alright?

If the headstone is black polished granite no!its not necessary, soap and water applied with a soft cloth should be suffice to revive the headstone without damageing it or the lettering.

does it take the lettering off a stone grave stone

I have used this on several occasions on a white marble headstone, but I am always careful around lettering - I would not recommend leaving the spray on the lettering for longer than 2/3 minutes before washing, whereas elsewhere it can be left on the headstone for 30 minutes before washing off.  I don't know if it does remove lettering, but don't want to take the risk.  Overall with care this spray does the job of bringing a white headstone to look like new and wonderfully cared for.

Question 4

I've seen advice online *not* to use bleach on marble headstones, which this product contains. Can anyone comment on their experience?

I have regularly cleaned family headstones with bleach and then when I found this product I used this. It works really well but you do need a lot of elbow grease, it’s not easy but it does work. Depends on how bad the grave stone is. I recommend this product.
