Easy to use and not much of a flavor which is good for my kiddos.

A vitamin D supplement is a must have for us in the northeast and this one packs an extra punch with the addition of K2 and A! I like that it combines D and K2 in a single formula and that it's not a pill, which I have trouble swallowing. In addition, liquid is mire easily and quickly absorbed. The only thing I don't like us the oiliness but I deal with it by adding to a small amount of juice and guzzling it diwn-presto!
