Good biscuits but not all the same as the picture sadly. I needed all sugar free and one sugar free was just not added sugar instead which is not what I ordered

Needs explanation
I ordered sugar free biscuits, fine, all the packets except one were marked as “sugar free” ….that was marked as “no added sugar” does that mean it has a standard basic amount of sugar with nothing further added….or what ?
