After looking through many ads for this design of product I selected this one. It had good reviews & includes the carry bag & cushion for the stool. Its easy to pack up & sling over your shoulder. Quite comfy to sit on. I wouldn't want to use one without a cushion, though some people could make one for themselves.When putting it up follow this process.1) Pull the stool apart using the finger holes on each end.2) Check all round that ALL the hooked latches are in place.3) Place the cushion on top with the 2 lugs in the holes on the top.4) Place the stool on flat ground.5) Before sitting, press on the top to make sure it's properly erected.I say all this because some people say that the design is poor & might collapse. It's always worked for me and perhaps some users didn't lock all the latches properly into place.Its not as comfy as folding garden chairs but it's easier to carry around & convenient to put in the boot.Recommended.

I didn't expect great things, to be honest, but I was wrong. This stool is fantastic.I hurt my back ten years ago, and it goes into spasm after I've been walking or standing for a couple of minutes, so I wanted some kind of portable seat that I could carry with me and whop out with ease when the back spasm strikes. The trouble is, not being able to walk means I'm now somewhat on the large/heavy side, and most of the foldable seats are little more than beanpole props.Then I saw a video review of a seat similar to this one available on Amazon US. It looked promising, and I had nothing to lose. I searched Amazon UK and found this beauty. Not only does it collapse/erect in a single twist-and-pull, it also comes with a carry bag and a seat cushion. It's very lightweight, sturdy and comfortable. The height can be varied, so it would be suitable for children to sit on too.It's brilliant.

Haven't fully used it yet as I will be taking it on holiday with me. As I'm disabled I can't walk for long so needed something I could easily carry and use when I get tired. The padding is great and the right thickness. Better then another brand I got as the padding wasn't great and the clip for the strap was broke. So got a refund to amazon account and bought this one. So much nicer and the fact it come with a rucksack bag to carry it in well its like 4in1 carry stool. 1. The bag, 2. The handle, 3. The handle that turns into a long strap and 4. If you get a rucksack camping clip uou can clip it to any other rucksack. The only thing I would mention is if you do decide to clip it to another rucksack. The padding doesn't stay attached to the stool and would fall of so that part would need to go into your bag or bag provided.But from what I can tell its a nice little stool. And as others have mentioned it only carries someone just under 200kilos I think 180kilos... But I can recommend this stool. 👌

Great item, i think i might have just been unlucky. Great design, lightweight, 3 out of 5 for sturdyness as mine broke.I weigh 110kg so was well withen the weight limit.I will rebuy.

This is a great product, easy and light to carry and opens into an extremely sturdy stool.

Bought this for a festival and loved it, as I gave fatigue and often need to rest. Had just named it the MVP of the weekend when it collapsed whilst I was sitting on it. Didn’t drop my chips though!It would probably be alright for children or light people, and remember to sit straight at all times so as not to put more pressure on the plastic on one side.I had such high hopes for this, and it was so good for a few days. Have returned and been refunded.

I ordered this product based on it’s stated 500 lb load capacity in the advert. There are numerous other similar products on Amazon, the majority of those have a lower load capacity of 397 lbs / 180 kg. I picked this one due to higher stated capacity.The box it arrived in today clearly states “load capacity is about 180 kg”. 180 kg = 397 lbs (rounded to nearest). The instruction leaflet also stated that the maximum load is only 180 kg. What happened to the other 103 lbs?What a waste of time. Sending it back.
