Plug and play, works great!
Plugged it in to my laptop and it just immediately worked! Did not have to download drivers or anything. Amazingly simple and now I can use a remote speaker which can go much louder than my lame built-in laptop speakers. I have a Toshiba Satellite that has been upgraded to Windows 10 Home.

Outdated Junk from an Out-of-Business Company
The problem is that these adapters are out of production and no longer supported. They were manufactured by a company called CSR, which was acquired by Qualcomm in 2015. Qualcomm basically dropped this product line after its acquisition, and today there is no support, no driver updates, no fixes, etc., for these pre-acquisition CSR adapters. Qualcomm's CSR-related web pages are full of broken links and out-of-date information, and you won't find a driver newer than Windows 8.1. It is false for the listing for this product to claim Windows 10 compatibility, because there is none.

Works perfect!
Easy to install bluetooth dongle in Widows 10. Drivers loaded quick and enabled with zero problems. Cell phone immediately paired with it and have transferred music files with no problems. Couldn't be happier with this product.

Just didn't function as intended
The connection is awful, it drops out way to often and forces me to pair again and again each time.I bought another one around the same price, it also had high ratings and positive feedback. It worked fine. If I put more effort into getting this adaptor to work I may of been able to fix its issues. Or at the very least I could explain more in-depth about the issues were. However I just bought another adapter.I'll be nice and give it a three instead of a two. Sorry it just didn't work for me.

Idiocy in the highest
There was not any instructions, packing list or invoice of any kind in the package. NOTHING! To compound the problem even more, Customer Service provided me with a phone number for support. It happened to be in China. Totally absurd that in this day and age that a product purchased in the USA would have to access support out of our country. Absolutely idiotic.
