Colgate changed the floss design & thickness which is making flossing very difficult. Due to extra force needed to floss this will weaken gums also. Undeniably worse product now.

Colgate dental floss is good than brand, it's excellent for cleaning teeth.

Colgate has 2 varieties of dental floss, this review is about the one given in my first picture. As you can see, though 'waxed', it frays all too easily during use, and the small fibers get in between teeth, so you have to floss again to get those fibers out, but the new flossing will leave behind new fibers for which new flossing would be required...ad infinitum. What you need is the ribbon-like second type (see second picture)--which comes in a sealed hard plastic wrap (rather than a cardboard box like the one being reviewed). Another distinction between the two products is that the bad one is 50 m and costlier, and the good one is 25 m. Doesn't take too much intelligence to know why they're trying to sell the bad one!DO NOT BUY.
