This is a great product, and a very great value! I ordered off Amazon and it arrived quickly. However, the product was damaged during transport. Amazon customer service was great and took care of it. That is the only reason for the four-star rating.

I just started starting these pills so I’m sure it’ll take a month or two to notice anything dramatic but I do notice the caffeine / energy I get after taking one. The pills are big but if you don’t mind that then I would recommend. Also there is no after flavor like some pills have.

Take one in morning n get ur day going

Purchased capsules as stated in title, I like being redundant. Well, I take them about an hour or two into my morning sometimes closer towards noon as it does wake me up and sustain that energy for a good amount of time. I haven’t seen skin benefits yet as it’s only been a few weeks. These things take time I know, but overall would recommend and it saves me from having to blend anything or prep. That’s not an option for my lifestyle at this time. Capsules are easy to swallow and only need one a day. Recommend for sure.

This product is a great alternative to coffee. It works great as a caffeine supplement that gives you a boost in the morning if you don’t like drinking coffee.
