I have quite wide feet and these fit me nicely , no need to go a size higher as I found they were to big , the size that you are normally is the size you need , also they are extremely light weight and good value for money

Too tell you the truth I'm not sure, as I don't see it on the shoe, so you'll have to check the ad from the seller too find out.

One will weigh 400g, there really not heavy there like a pair trainer's but I will reckoned you in putting in soles for your feet I've got arched gel soles as this is good for my feet & used too this with my trainers, I hope this helps

They have a composite toe and so yes not a steel toe cap. They are very lightweight and comfortable.
