I have been baking for a little while now and these baking mats are wonderful for helping with the bottom of the bread not to burn. I have used them in a ceramic dutch oven as well as in a cast iron Dutch oven. Works well in both. They are very easy to clean and really help with getting the bread out of what it is being baked in.

Love it for my sourdough!
I use these every week. I cut one of them to fit a smaller dutch oven and I'm really happy with both of them. they never get too hot to handle and the get cleaned very easily. the sourdough slides right off it

I like them, but they get pretty "bendy"
I do like them. I would buy again. Just saying you might want to put something heavy on them to flatten them. They get kind of "bendy" and curly.
