HDMI Splitter, EAKAI 4K x 2K Powered 4 Port HDMI Splitter 1x4 Amplifier with ON/OFF Switch, Support HDMI 1.4/HDCP/Full HD 3D (1 Input 4 Output)

Solid construction looks more professional quality than some of the plastic boxes, simple functional design, maybe best to position the input separate from the 4 outputs as have to check which of the five hdmi ports is the input but minor point. I used a USB power lead to power the splitter and worked fine. All worked fine for me, good feature to have the on off switch so easier to reset. I initially had a problem connecting one of the outputs to an hdmi to component converter to connect to a sling box, however I was able to make it work by swapping the HDMI cables over between the one used for the main input to the splitter with the one used for the converter. All HDMI cables apparently not equal and I may have assumed was a problem with the splitter. Even though one of the outputs was plugged into a hdmi to scart adapter to go to a rf modulator that presumably ends up at SD quality I still get 1080i output to the TV from my Virgin V6 box. All in all satisfied with quality and function of this splitter.

I purchased this device so that I could have my two 4k displays and my projector displaying the same image, and I have not yet been disappointed. My two 4k displays are functioning perfectly using this splitter and my projector running at 1080p is also working perfectly. Great product! Highly recommended.

Had this months now. Absolutely never let me done. Who needs SkyQ? ;) Now if only there was a wireless version of this sort of thing. The future, perhaps, when we all have flying cars.

When used for HD video splitting, only ONE port out of the four outputs works! ! ! Not a specific one. The one that happens to turn on first. I would return it to the seller, but unfortunately I threw the packaging .... NOT recommended, unless you use it for lower quality video streaming.

Does the job perfectly OK at 1080i while an older other brand splitter had various troubles on occasion requiring disconnecting the sat receiver source and step-by step-restart procedures to fix even in 720p.Not with this one, perfectly stable with the exact same cabling in place.
