I tried this product for the first time on my dog's coat before brushing as per the instructions. She has longish fur which is wispy at the ends, so is prone to small tangles. She is quite sensitive to any grooming based on her pre-rescue life. For this reason I'm especially particular at making sure grooming is quick and painless.After lightly misting her coat, then brushing, her tangles were harder to brush out. She definitely protested more at the brushing.Since that first time, I've since brushed her initially, ensuring all tiny tangles are out, before then misting her coat and brushing it through. Her fur looks really healthy and subsequent brushing sessions have been much easier, suggesting her coat isn't getting as tangled as before.I'm glad there isn't an overpowering smell (dogs have very sensitive noses!) although I do get a temporary "wet dog" smell after brushing it through her coat - but this quickly goes away.All in all, I'm happy with the product, and will keep using it now that I have found a method which works for my sensitive pooch.

We have two fluffs - a Poodle and a Poodle x Bichon and anyone who has these breeds know how tangle-prone the coats are, especially where there is rubbing like armpits, necks and tails but this stuff has resulted in much happier times at the groomers as we use it every time we groom at home in between cuts.Our dogs are 'proper' dogs. They roll in mud/fox-poo/dead birds and all the other stuff dogs do. They are walked/exercised in all weathers (UK too!) and it's not always possible to brush them before they get wet, as one should but since using 'The Stuff' they have remained amazingly tangle and felt free, even round the neck where their collars normally cause tats.Brilliant stuff, 'The Stuff'!

I have a Coton whose coat is like cotton wool balls! This product helps to soften and loosen matting for quicker and less stressful combing. This is my second supply of this product. Works very well.

Such a fabulous long lasting fragrance. Sprays nice and easy and helps there coat be conditioned when brushing

Does smell nice but not sure if it was this or not that mad my Lula's fur a bit greasy. Only used it 3 times before she visited her groomer who mentioned that her fur was greasy. We only ever smooth her with clean hands so do not know why her fur was a bit lank.

Wonderful, it works really well. Our small dog's coat is inclined to mat unfortunately. We washed her and srayed her then combed her out, we used hardly any and the tangles seemed to smooth themselves out. Highly recommended.
