100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This oil comes from the Clemente estate near Monfredonia in the heart of the national park of Gargano, in Southern Italy. Made only with olives from 100-year-old trees, carefully spaced apart on the south facing slopes of the estate. A very gentle oil, perfect to be used in recipes requiring a delicate oil.
