Meh
Only used twice, would not recommend. The flame is too close to the plate of the surface. It is very difficult not to burn chocolate, and must be supervised from extreme close up. Tried using butter the first time and pam the second time but it was more annoying than easy. It also tasted too buttery because i had to stop the chocolate from burning.
