Great protein quality with amazing extras for a reasonable (but not cheap)price.I would say one of the best on the UK market as of June 2024. strawberry tastes great, mixes well,extra 3 grams leucine, digestive enzymes.

Good taste, not too sweet and mixes well.The price was perfect at £32.24 in January 2018, I would definetly continue to buy at this price point. However, I dont think the current price of £46.04 as of April 2018 can justify a repurchase.Does it work? Who knows? but certainly an easy way to ingest some protein after a workout.

The debate on protein supplements seems to revolve around taste and cost when effectiveness should come first. Dealing with the usual comments I can say that taste is a very personal thing - I have seen products described as vile and horrendous by one person and the best taste ever by another! So, my personal opinion is that the double choc flavour tastes great, vanilla a little bit bitter so I usually buy the choc flavour but only when it is on offer as the normal price is a bit too high for me.Most important bit: This protein digests quickly and easily compared to many other whey proteins I have tried and looking at the amino acid profile each serving is more than adequate in the essentials and particularly BCAAs (bear in mind the 3 branched-chain aminos are most important for muscle and simplifying further out of the 3 Leucine is responsible for 85% of BCAA activity). The Leucine level per serving is perfect for maintaining muscle synthesis for a longer period after training.Summing up: Taste choc 9/10 other flavours 6/10, price: On offer perfect, usual price too expensive Effectiveness: 10/10

I have my protein powder mixed in with my morning oatmeal - this mixed better than myprotein's whey isolate, with no clumps. It also tasted better - natural, without the distinct supplement-y taste ive noticed with myprotein sometimes. Found my new go-to.

I have always had digestive issues from brands such as Optimum Nutrition, and USN, that I completely had to cut out protein powder from my diet, and this affected my overall gains. I am just thankful for this protein shake as it's the first one I taken without any problems. I love the taste too (Chocolate). Although you can take this protein powder with milk or water, I stick with water to avoid any problems.

After consuming other whey products, I can say my er… digestive issues.. are mitigated with this product. Deffo recommend if you’re of a certain disposition with regards to milk products.

The price. No stomach upsets the reason for the reduced price is not because the product is no good its because the expiry date on the packet ends in five months that's all.
