6" by 4" Recipe Cards Do Not Fit!
Difficult to fit 6"x4" recipe cards into this box which only measures 3 3/4" tall on the inside! When this box arrived, I unloaded my old recipe box and put cards and index tabs into this box and the lid wouldn't close. Surprised, I took a single 6"by4" index card and stood it up straight in the back of the box - the lid hit the card and remained cracked open. So, then I measured my index card and confirmed it was only 4" high. Then I measured the inside of this box - yep, only 3 3/4" tall!I had hesitated ordering this box because I noticed the lid didn't slant down and I was worried about that not being a good feature. My current box is lower in the front so you can more easily see the recipes and labels when you open it. I still think that is an essential feature for me. But if you plan to use 6"x4" cards in this box - unless you don't plan to fill the box and keep everything at an angle - you will not be able to fit them inside, and if you want to use tabs which stick up higher than the recipe cards to label the categories, forget it! The tabs will just get smashed - unless, as I said before, you never intend to fill up the box.

Poorly constructed
I ordered this recipe card box as a gift for Christmas along with recipe cards. The box was poorly made. The hinges on the cover did not line up and the top did not close properly. Very disappointing.

Functional and easy to use
Beautiful recipe box, has card holder so recipes are easy to read while in the kitchen. Also has a magnet closing top so you don't have to worry about the cards falling out when transporting it.

I cant believe how perfect this is!
I cant believe how perfect this is!! I have been looking for something non traditional for a beautiful accent to my dining decor. After running by this Beautiful bamboo accent piece I knew it would be a fit. It is better than I could have expected. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and are absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more impressed with this. I will definitely be ordering more bamboo pieces from Q Technologies, and putting together a BEAUTIFUL set. I am so happy!! THANK YOU!!
