I just had my new system installed and I must say I was very surprised with the quality of this unit. The unit is built very well and is not cheaply done what so ever! Della is a top of the line quality product that i am very proud to say I am a new owner of this outstanding system! I received my unit and it was extremely well boxed and packaged to the very best! I must say I very cautious to purchase at first, I looked at the videos that the company had posted on Amazon, and I was Impressed! I had been shopping around for a new system and I come across this unit on Amazon.. I had done my homework on other units in my area, and it was going to be very Expensive to get a new Name Brand unit! I am very glad that I went on Amazon and looked around.. for some reason I keep coming back to this system out of all of the other well name units! I have been a member with Amazon for many years now and I have purchased hundreds of items and I Never give feedback easy without full consideration of a product and I do not always go online to give feedback.. But for this product I had to say something to let others know just how pleased I am! I had a professional experienced technician that I know to come out and install my new unit, and he had told me out of all the very expensive units that he Installs this product was one of the best that he has scene, on the market! He was very surprised with the quality! The outside unit is very quiet and you cannot hear it running unless you are standing right beside of the unit, and the inside units are the very same the only way I know that are on and running is when I walk by them and feel the air from each.. I like the display of temperature on each unit for it is very and very easy to see, and I love the fact that I can install the app on my smartphone to fully operate each unit right from anywhere I am, love the WIFI to adjust each unit when I am away! I could go on and on rave about this wonderful, product but it is late at night but I had to leave this review and let others know about this product and just how excited I am.. Please give Della a try you will not be disappointed at all! I purchased the 12-12 12 BTU units and I have a lot of square foot, and My New Della System and handle it all with no problem at all, I find myself turning the units up it is so cold in my house now.. I live in a place called Chincoteague Island Va and it is very hot and humid here.. Bought the 2zone split. Looks heavy duty. So far so good!

The media could not be loaded.  It’s 29 here in central Pennsylvania, and I leave this thing on heat, auto fan, so it should mf’ing blow warm air when it’s 66 in my room but no. This piece of junk doesn’t blow warm air because I don’t believe the sensor is right. This garbage only works if I turn it off and on again. I regret buying this item with all my heart. What’s worse is I already spent 5k having a professional install the three heads. Do NOT buy this product cus it’s not reliable. The three different heads fight each other to prioritize refrigerant. Even though I leave one head on 72, the other off, and my room at 72, the garbage doesn’t respond. Sometimes it even makes this stupid noise… oh god why did I buy this.

We did the typical “buy cheap on Amazon” thing. The 3* rating will go up as the unit lives longer, but it’s starting at 3* for the following, “typical from China” reasons.1. We bought a 9/9/18 multi zone unit, and another 12/12/12. The manual says the 18kbtu should have 1/4&1/2” line sets. This is their own manual, mind you. The main unit doesn’t have any 1/2” ports and the included line sets are 3/8”. It MIGHT Work, but it sure would be nice to match their own manual.**tech support responded by email and confirmed the 3/8” is fine. Not sure why book says 1/2. Rating from 2* to 3* for rapid response.2. Edited this. Although it’s hard to find a working link or phone number, I emailed every link I could and did actually get a response within 24 hours. I can’t say I’m fully confident of the response, but it was rapid, once I found a contact that worked. 2* changed to 3*.3. To their credit, I did install a Della 8kbtu single unit in our shop and it worked just fine. So far. 8 months and counting, survived a Texas summer. Works as it should. Well, the WiFi doesn’t seem to connect but everything else works okay.4. The first page in the manual wasn’t proofread by anyone who speaks English. “Send back in the boxex.” If they don’t care about proofing manuals, I bet their QC isn’t great either. Fingers crossed these units last.5. The warranty says to “send back all of the products and accessories in the original boxes at your expense.” Wow. So arrange freight, keep the massive original boxes,…. No thanks.6. This uses r410a. Little did I know that the US has phased that out as of 2023. You’ll likely not be able to get or have a hard time getting more 410 should you have a leak or need a recharge. So this unit has to work with no fixes for 10 years. Thank you US EPA for changing the standard yet again. But if anyone still has 410 when you need it in 5 years, you can bet it’ll be cheaper to just replace the unit. Just be aware this may be an issue going forward.If the unit lasts more than a few years, I’d up this to 4* if Amazon would let me. If their contact and support pages had accurate info,and the manual was consistent with what the sent or what they said, it’d also rate higher.
