I have only used it twice but I am very happy with my purchase.It slices very easily and cleanly,the sliced eggs look great on my salads.It is also very easy to clean.It also seams very sturdy but if something should happen to by accident,I would purchase an other one.

I HATE cutting eggs because the yolk gets everywhere.This gadget helps keep the eggs nice and neat.Easy to use. Easy to clean.Wonderful addition to your kitchen gadget drawer.

Finally had to break down and buy a new slicer. My plastic one bit the dust after many years. I decided to go with something sturdier and very easy to clean. It is simple to use and easy to clean. I put it in the dishwasher and it came out beautifully.You can put the boiled egg in the holder in two directions, depending on what shape you want your slices. They came out beautifully.I did try using this on one of my garden tomatoes. That was a 'no-go'. This wasn't meant for tomatoes, but you can't blame me for trying.......

I had an egg slicer for many years. It was an OXO purchased from BB&B. It does eggs so well, decided to try and slice avocados. Totally destroyed the egg slicer. Tried a cheaper model this time. It is very sturdy. Does a good job. Pleased with my purchase. This time wills only slice eggs!

We love egg salad but hate the dicing and chopping. Makes quick work of the tedious process of egg slicing and dicing. We cross cut using the slicer and get uniform (mostly) pieces. Definitely small enough for a good appearance and texture salad. Cleans easily and able to be used for other small items.
