OXO SteeL 9-Inch Whisk

This is exactly what I was looking for. I purchased one of these many years ago from Macy's and loved the size, weight and whisk ability. I have found that others I have are to big or cumbersome in my hand. When this one came it was the exact same one I was looking for.

This is one of the better whisks that I have found. I have bigger hands and many of the others that I have purchased had smaller handles that didn't quite fit my hands. This handle is bigger and has got some weight to it. The wires are a little smaller and i don't know if they will do well with something like frosting, but they do great with eggs and dry ingredients. It's all metal,which I also like, and I'm hoping that it will stay nice and not corrode. I find that whisks get cleaner in the dishwasher, but on the cheaper ones the finish will wear and then corrode or rust. This one hasn't degraded so far, whish is a plus for me. I try to dry them as soon as the dishwasher is done, but that doesn't always happen. I like this whisk and am happy with it so far. I'm definitely keeping this one.

OXO is my favorite brand of kitchen tools for good reason. They are well made, durable and last. They get mixing jobs done, have some flexibility, not too stiff and pop into the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I keep mine in a crock next to the stove since these can be hard to keep in a drawer.

OXO typically makes excellent kitchen tools and this whisk is no exception. It is extremely well made. It feels sturdy and robust. It balances nicely in the hand, with a pleasant grip. It's the perfect size to mix sauces and dips. It washes perfectly in the dishwasher. All in all... great whisk.

This little guy is the perfect size. Fits easily into the drawer, not taking up much room. It’s really sturdy, feels comfortable in the hand, weighted well and cleans up in a snap!

The whisk arrived on time and is the usual good quality product made by OXO.

I am a huge fan of OXO products - many of them have top reviews on America's Test Kitchens. I bought this to replace a cheap (and quickly broken) balloon whisk. OXO always considers handles in its products, especially for those who may have issues with arthritis or gripping problems. The handle is easy to grip and is designed to give full control of the whisk. It is high quality stainless steel, and is dishwasher safe. The "balloon" is large enough and has enough tines to enable tasks such as whipping heavy cream to be done quickly and without much effort or strain. Because it is stainless steel, it will resist rusting or staining unlike other metals. The tines are stiff enough to be able to whisk in lots of air, but flexible enough to not get "stuck" in thicker batters or liquids. All in all, it is a great buy and a very useful kitchen tool.

El mango es sólido y con un buen peso, lo alambres son duros y en general la calidad es muy buena pero lo mejor es el tamaño. Yo preparo comida para 2 personas o máximo 3 y solo tenía un batidor grande (normal) y uno pequeño. El grande es muy grande para batir un par de huevos o preparar un aderezo en un tazón chico y el chico tiene un mango muy corto y siempre termina adentro de lo que esté preparando. Este batidor tiene el tamaño perfecto para mezclar en el fondo de una taza medidora (la típica pyrex de 250 ml) o para batir en un tazón de 2 litros o en la sartén o en una cazuela de 3 o 4 litros sin problema. Lo tengo desde hace apenas unos días y es el único que he usado desde entonces.

Good quality from OXO as usual. The handle is slightly big for my small hands but it’s ergonomic design makes grips comfy for long use
