I liked that the seat gave the additional height as advertised, but the arms were not adjustable as advertised. This was bought for a 6'4" Parkinson patient and the additional arm height would help. Also, trying to wipe without standing is not possible. This is dangerous for an person with stability issues.

Does not lock in well near the edges of the toilet bowl. Very slippery on a porcelain toilet. If you don't put even pressure on the handles when getting up or down you risk knocking the thing off the toilet all together. Not the best choice for a forgetful elderly person.

Bought for my mother who had hip replacement surgery. Very good quality and about 1/2 the cost of Walgreens for the same item.

for some reason not a great fit for the toilet I have, had to use some Velcro on the underside to firmly secure this raised toilet seat with my toilet . but ok now with it higher seat handles better than old raised toilet seat for my 91 year old mother.

Easy and the fit was perfect
