Whilst I can only wish to obtain the skills required for 25% of the cakes in this book, it is a vibrant, wonderful illustration of what can be achieved in any kitchen with the correct tools.It breaks down everything you need to know so easily and even contains templates to trace for the relevant designs.

I disliked the price tag of £20 on the back but was charged £25.I chose this book to learn about the different types and techniques of Wedding Cake making.

Book is good and was bought as a present for my daughter.However, I paid £25 for it, when it arrived it had a sticker barcode in the back, I removed this and the book was only £20, won’t be buying from here again unless I’ve checked the prices online first. This is actually illegal! Not happy

I love this book. It combines clever and unusual ideas, practical tips for implementing the designs and really great tasting recipes - as well as the book itself looking rather beautiful! I'm not a particularly experienced cake decorator but have been able to get some great results using ideas from this book - it's as if I've been in catering all my life!

Last thing I needed was another baking book but I really liked the easy to follow recipes. Photographs are good too.
